*Sci. Ch.9 voc. quiz Thurs.
*Spelling test Fri. (Ch 9 sci. words)
*map of India due Thurs. (students have had 2 periods already in class)
* water table due Thurs. (this was mostly done in class Tues.; see sci. Chapter 9 2nd pg. of Les 1)
* math 94/125
* creative writing~ "My Special Place' due next Tues. (or sooner); students got started, have a direction sheet, and need to use p. 81 in the All Write book.
*work on sci. projects;all students have due dates; dates weere posted on Tues. blog. We have talked about making one trip to Staples or Palace for all the supplies needed for the sci. project in addition to the materials needed for the investigation. Students made a list consisting of : a notebook for the journal a manila envelope for the notebook, binder, printer paper, printer cartridges, photo paper for the excel graphs, rubber cement, colored stand-up poster board, colored paper to back the white paper used for the poster board~ ask the students: they made a list.

* Camp Koinonia presentation Feb. 5 @ 9 AM
* We need parents to help with our sci. fair Feb. 21 &22. It's minimal work; we just need adults there b ecause we can't leave our classrooms
